NOVALYTE LABS is committed to delivering your research compounds safely, discreetly, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines our processing times, shipping methods, delivery estimates, and related procedures. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set forth below.

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment has been confirmed. During periods of high demand or promotional events, processing times may be extended by an additional 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and dispatched.

Orders placed after 14:00 CET on a business day, or on weekends and public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer several shipping options to accommodate different needs and destinations:

• Standard shipping (EU): available for all orders within the European Union. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
• Express shipping (EU): expedited delivery available for an additional fee, calculated at checkout.
• International shipping: available to select countries outside the EU. Shipping costs and available methods vary by destination and are displayed at checkout.
• Free shipping: all orders with a subtotal of EUR 150 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the EU. This offer applies automatically at checkout and cannot be combined with other shipping promotions.

Shipping costs displayed at checkout are final and inclusive of handling fees. NOVALYTE LABS reserves the right to modify shipping rates at any time; however, changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and local conditions.

• European Union (standard): 3 to 5 business days.
• European Union (express): 1 to 2 business days.
• International (standard): 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country.
• International (express): 3 to 5 business days, where available.

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and NOVALYTE LABS cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking portal. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery in real time.

If your tracking information has not updated for more than 5 business days, or if you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team so we can investigate the status of your shipment.

5. Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union, the recipient is solely responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are not collected by NOVALYTE LABS.

• NOVALYTE LABS has no control over customs policies, and we cannot predict the amount of duties or taxes that may apply to your order.
• We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an international order to understand any potential charges.
• Refusal to pay customs duties resulting in the return of the package to our facility may result in the order being cancelled. In such cases, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees incurred.

6. Packaging

All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging to protect your privacy and the integrity of the contents. Our packaging standards include:

• Plain exterior boxes or padded envelopes with no branding, product names, or descriptions visible on the outside.
• Tamper-evident seals to ensure the package has not been opened during transit.
• Appropriate cushioning and temperature-sensitive packaging where required to maintain product stability.
• Compliant labelling with all legally required shipping and safety information, placed in a manner that does not reveal the specific nature of the contents to casual observers.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to reship the order. We will contact you to confirm the correct address before reshipping.

• If a package is unclaimed after the carrier's holding period and is returned to our facility, we will notify you and hold the package for up to 30 days. After 30 days, the order may be cancelled and a refund issued minus the original and return shipping costs.
• If a package is lost in transit and tracking confirms it has not been delivered, we will file a claim with the carrier and either reship the order at no additional cost or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
• NOVALYTE LABS is not responsible for packages that are stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided.
