Overview
Retatrutide (LY3437943) is a novel single-molecule triple agonist that activates three incretin-related receptors: glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP), glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1), and glucagon receptors. Developed by Eli Lilly, it represents a new class of multi-receptor metabolic research compounds. Mechanism of Action
